We are advisors to sales professionals that are passively or actively looking for the next step in their sales career. Following our proven staffing methodology and process, we will work with each individual through the entire lifecycle of their search. Initially, we will walk each candidate through a series of discovery and qualification calls and meetings, and most importantly, we listen. These calls and meetings will be customized specifically based on their background, current role and what their "ideal situation" is for their next opportunity. This information will allow us to present those opportunities we have that are a unique match to each individual's goals and objectives. Once we gain permission to present a candidate to our clients, we will then guide them through the steps of the interview and hiring process necessary to land that ideal opportunity.
